Britney Warkentin (Stokotelny) joined our firm as a Sales Associate in July of 2012, became a Broker in 2014, and the Owner of Action Realty Ltd. in July of 2016.
After receiving her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Winnipeg, Britney made the decision to return to her home town and follow in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother in the pursuit of a career in real estate. Having been born and raised in Dauphin, Britney brings to the table a vast knowledge of the Parkland area as well as a youthful outlook and huge amount of enthusiasm!

Kathy is a Broker at Action Realty Ltd. She became a Sales Associate in June of 2001 and a Broker in November 2005. Kathy purchased the business from Faith Melnyk in 2005 and spent the next 11 years working hard to grow the business until she passed it onto her daughter Britney in 2016.
Kathy is a dedicated and hard working professional with a pleasant personality. She is willing to go that extra mile to see that every detail is taken care of for her clients. Her goal is to provide outstanding service and in doing so produce dynamic results.

Brent Stykalo joined our team at Action Realty Ltd. as a Sales Associate in October of 2019. He brings with him his experience in both the commercial and residential construction fields which he acquired while obtaining his Journeyman Carpentry Ticket. Brent has a great work ethic, a friendly and approachable personality and uses these qualities to help guide his clients to their perfect home.
